Cheryl A. Cross is an HR and recruiting professional with 20+ years of experience serving Hawai‘i employers. As an executive search consultant and Workforce Development Council board member, she brings practical expertise in compliant, effective hiring practices.
Gwen Navarrete Klapperich, M.Ed., CPTD® is the Chief Learning Consultant at Klapperich International Training Associates (KITA) LLC, specializing in inclusive talent development. She helps organizations design accessible, fair interview and learning practices that support strong hiring outcomes.
