Refund Policy

Purchases made in error may be refunded if SHRM Hawaii is notified immediately after the purchase.  All other purchases are non-refundable; however, we are frequently able to accept substitutions for registrants with the same eligibility.  Please refer to specific event or product language for exceptions and exclusions.

Sales, Solicitation and Speakers

If you are contacting SHRM Hawaii for solicitation or sales, you will only receive a response if we are interested in pursuing, due to the volume of sales and solicitation requests received through this portal.  If you are interested in speaking for SHRM Hawaii, you are invited to complete a speaker application.  Your application will be routed to interested parties and they will contact you directly.
