As the regulatory landscape continues to evolve, employers and HR professionals face increasing complexity in managing health plans, employee benefits, and compliance obligations.
We invite you to join us for an upcoming seminar focused on the OBBBA and its impact on employer-sponsored health plans and benefits, along with essential guidance on Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) compliance and audit readiness.
This session will help employers and HR leaders:
- Understand key OBBBA changes affecting health plans and employee benefits
- Navigate MHPAEA requirements and prepare for potential audits
- Identify compliance risks and employer responsibilities
- Strengthen productivity, retention, and organizational cohesion through compliant benefit strategies
Whether you oversee benefits administration, compliance, or workforce well-being, this session will provide practical, actionable insights to help protect both your people and your organization.
We hope you’ll join us for this timely and informative discussion.
