No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions at the same registration level are welcome up to the day before the event.

Webinar recordings are not guaranteed; when available and approved by the speaker, recordings and materials will be shared after the event. Most events offer SHRM and HRCI credits, with PDC details provided in the post-event survey.
