Lauraine Bifulco is a seasoned HR executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience helping employers navigate HR challenges and compliance. As the founder of Vantaggio HR, she has guided businesses across the U.S. in adapting to evolving employment laws and leave management policies. A sought-after speaker, Lauraine frequently conducts seminars on HR compliance and co-presents with top employment law attorneys. She has been recognized nationally for her contributions to HR leadership and small business advocacy. With a deep understanding of how culture and compliance shape business success, Lauraine brings valuable insights into the future of leave management and workforce strategy.
Sherry Menor-McNamara is the President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii, making history as the youngest, first female, and first Asian leader of the organization. With experience spanning government, business, and international markets, she has worked for companies like Sony, Estee Lauder, and “60 Minutes”, as well as in the Hawaii State Legislature and U.S. Senate. Sherry serves on multiple national and local boards, advocating for business growth and policy initiatives that impact Hawaii’s workforce.
