Tracie Foglia is a Talent Solutions Manager at the Hawaii Employers Council. She is a strategic, people-centric leader with over 15 years of experience serving diverse organizations across Hawai‘i. Drawing on two decades of training, coaching, and leadership framework development, Tracie partners with companies across sectors to cultivate talent and enhance organizational culture. Her tailored programs foster team dynamics, improve communication, attract top talent, and drive performance.
Esther Trinh is a Director in WTW’s Employee Experience business in Los Angeles, with 20 years of experience in employee communications. A creative thinker and problem solver, she develops strategic and customized employee engagement strategies—bolstered by innovative tactics, tools, and expert writing.
