I came across an article in the HuffPost and was quite surprised to find it written by a physician I knew as a very young lady. After reading it, I knew I had to share the article as it relates to us as human resources professionals. Our world is forever changing…in 2020, our world changed dramatically with COVID. We all worked tirelessly to hang on to our employees, keep their benefits, and personally keep our own jobs. Then, just when we thought we could reach normalcy, we are now faced with employees who jumped at the chance to get vaccinated versus those who choose not to get vaccinated. It is interesting to see this from another first responder's perspective. Whether you agree or disagree, at least it gives you another person’s perspective.
