It’s that time of year when bringing happiness to our HR world through this year’s annual conference. Moving on from the COVID-19 pandemic, we can all use a little more smiles and connection. We will have the full offering of HR topics you expect to find and more. This year’s theme, “HR Influencer,” intends to provide a new outlook and perspective as we all seek to move our profession forward together. Our committee chose this topic because we wanted the HR profession to be viewed as more than “paper pushers and compliance police.” HR professionals have the ability to harness the tools, experience, and support they need to develop into key HR influencers. Business leaders are relying more and more on HR leaders to be a key partner in implementing business strategy and achieving organizational goals. We’ve developed an exciting lineup of workshop speakers to lead the HR professional to be the best HR Influencer!
